CORVALLIS - Oregon State University's 43rd annual Hui-O-Hawaii Luau will feature Hawaiian food, a hula show and live music.

Festivities begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, in OSU's Memorial Union Ballroom, said Lisa Burnett, secretary of Hui-O-Hawaii, the university student club sponsoring the event. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Pre-sale tickets will be available April 6-11 in the campus Memorial Union, just outside the OSU Book Store's west entrance.

Dinner, which begins at 5:30 p.m., will "consist of authentic Hawaiian food served buffet-style," Burnett said. "Live Hawaiian music and the hula show will follow. We will also have door prizes and a country store that will sell goodies from Hawaii."

Music will be performed by OSU students, as well as musicians from the community, she said.
