CORVALLIS - Oregon State University's annual American Red Cross three-day winter blood drive is scheduled Feb. 9-11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the campus Memorial Union Ballroom.

A successful fall blood drive at OSU has Red Cross officials optimistic, said Douglas Tracy, Red Cross senior consultant for donor services. The OSU fall blood drive collected 1,087 units of blood - or 116 percent of the goal, Tracy said.

Giving blood takes less than one hour. Donors must be healthy, at least 17 years old, and weigh 105 pounds or more. For more information, contact Bonnie Robeson at 541-967-7982
