CORVALLIS - Oregon State University is hosting its annual two-day American Red Cross Summer Blood Drive July 22-23.

Donation hours are 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22 and 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23. Appointments are required. For information, call 541-928-2458 or e-mail Lisa Ong at [email protected].

American Red Cross Pacific Northwest Regional Blood Services is the sole supplier of blood and blood products to more than 80 hospitals in Oregon, Washington and Southeast Alaska. The region is the 10th largest of 36 American Red Cross blood regions. To meet patient needs, the region must collect at least 5,000 pints of blood each week.
