CORVALLIS - Oregon State University will observe Queer Pride Week May 9-13 with programs ranging from art shows to lectures, dances and workshops. The focus of the week is to help build acceptance throughout the community, said Queer Pride Week organizers.

The week begins with a barbecue in the OSU Memorial Union Quad from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, May 9.
