CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Oregon State University theater program will hold open auditions Wednesday and Thursday, April 7-8, beginning at 7 p.m. for the annual student-directed one act play festival.

The auditions, which will be held in Withycombe Hall Room 62, are open to actors of all ages. There are roles for 17 men and 13 women.

Cast lists will be posted by 2 p.m. Friday, April 9. Rehearsals will be scheduled by the director of each play.

No prepared monologues are needed. Auditions will involve a variety of readings from the scripts as well as improvisational games and exercises.  Be ready to be active, creative, playful, and physical.

The 12 plays directed by 10 students will be performed June 2-6 on the main stage of Withycombe Hall.
