On Feb. 3 and 4 OSU will house a unique conference based on the pursuit of social justice in our community and the world. The Intersecting Identity and Interaction Conference: Overcoming the Barriers to Social Justice Conference will celebrate our individual identities and how we can use our differences to build coalition, collaborate and make the world more inclusive for all peoples. This is a good opportunity to learn more about community service, activism, and how to link community work to any career.

All events are free and open to the public. At 7 p.m., Feb. 3, Juana Bordas, president of Mestiza Leadership International and author of "Salsa, Soul and Spirit: Leadership for a Multicultural Age," will be delivering a keynote speech entitled, "The Power of WE: Leading in our Multicultural Millennium." At 7 p.m., Feb. 4 there will be an International Women's Night, a celebration of women from around the world represented at OSU.
