Departments get into the Halloween spirit

Members of Ecampus and Educational Ventures working on the fourth floor of Valley Library had a friendly competition on Halloween as they vied for best dressed. Where's Waldo and Disney villains were thematic favorites, and cubicles were decked out for the day.
