The new Oregon State University Talent website is a hub for people interested in OSU job opportunities. Whether someone is considering a career change, looking for their first job or seeking a new opportunity within the university, this site is now a go-to resource.
“Think of the OSU Talent website as a resource kit for prospective employees of all types,” said Bonny Ray, executive director for University Human Resources.
The site goes beyond OSU’s job posting website to offer a broad overview of what life as an Oregon State employee truly encompasses. Visitors to the site can explore current job openings across various departments and units at OSU, including descriptions of OSU job types and postdoctoral opportunities. Each listing includes detailed job descriptions, qualifications and application instructions.
Users will find information on university culture, OSU’s values and the work-life and wellbeing options available to OSU employees. Helping potential employees navigate the application process, the site provides applicant support, including information on background checks, accommodations and technical help.
Finally, a big part of the draw for out-of-state applicants is location. In the Explore Oregon section, potential applicants can learn about OSU’s locations and the beauty of the state.
