Taking these popular supplements at bedtime could mess with your sleep, according to experts (Parade Magazine)

“Avoid the B vitamins before bed, because many of them are involved in the production of energy,” says Alexander Michels, Ph.D., research coordinator and communications officer at Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University. “While not every B vitamin will disturb your sleep, a few of them will—so unless you know which B vitamins are okay to take and how they might affect you before its time to sleep, it is better to just avoid the B vitamins within a few hours of bedtime, as a general rule.”
