CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Executive and Audit Committee of the Oregon State University Board of Trustees will hold a telephonic meeting from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16, to consider a recommendation of potential candidates for an anticipated trustee vacancy on the board; the board’s 2020 calendar; and an audit progress report. The committee also will receive the annual compliance and ethics program report, an annual Office of General Counsel report, and a legislative update. 

Room 207 within the university’s Memorial Union will be open to the public as a site for listening to this meeting. The Memorial Union is at 2501 SW Jefferson Way on Oregon State’s Corvallis campus. The public also can listen to the meeting by calling the toll-free number listed on the agenda.
