CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State University Theatre’s annual Spring One-Act Festival, featuring original short plays written and directed by OSU Theatre students, will run May 29 through June 2 on the OSU campus in Corvallis.
The festival includes two panels of plays. Panel A includes “Put on a Happy Face,” by Cole Haenggi and directed by Samantha Johnson; “The Guardian,” by Will Stone and directed by Nate Pereira; “A Curious Series of Small Murders,” by A.J. Glessner and directed by Sarah Wagner; and “Sasquatch,” by Lucy Gregson and directed by Amy Stein.
Panel B includes “The Last Person on Earth,” by Rachel Stahly and directed by Lindsay Esch; “The Golden Raspberry,” by Srimanyu Ganapathineedi and directed by Wendy Zhang; and “The Three Snap Shoe Swap,” by Hannah Fretz and directed by Mack Powers.
The plays in Panel A will run at 7:30 p.m. May 29 and at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. June 1. The plays in Panel B will be performed at 7:30 p.m. May 30 and May 31 and at 2 p.m. June 2. All shows will be held in the Lab Theatre in Withycombe Hall, 2901 SW Campus Way, Corvallis.
Tickets are $8; $6 for seniors; $5 for youth/students; and $4 for OSU students. Seating is general admission and there is no late admittance to the theater.
