CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State University Board of Trustees announced today that the board’s Executive & Audit Committee will meet from 8 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 24. The committee will discuss a proposed course of action the board will take related to a motion adopted by trustees on March 17 related to President F. King Alexander’s OSU leadership; the Louisiana State University Husch Blackwell report; and OSU Title IX reporting and survivor services. The committee also will discuss next steps to respond to feedback and questions the board has received from the OSU Faculty Senate related to this matter.

Given COVID-19 guidance from the governor’s office, as well as university and county health officials, the meeting will be hosted through a remote conferencing service.
