Oregon State Board of Trustees approves budget for coming year 

Oregon State University’s board of trustees approved a fiscal year 2020 budget on Friday, calling on university leaders to prioritize funding for several key initiatives including retaining excellent faculty, emphasizing student recruitment and retention, and supporting initiatives to promote diversity and inclusivity at OSU.

OSU names Anita Azarenko interim vice provost for outreach and engagement

Anita Azarenko, who has served more than 30 years in a wide range of leadership roles at Oregon State University, has been named interim vice provost for the Division of University Outreach and Engagement and director of the OSU Extension Service, OSU Provost and Executive Vice President Ed Feser announced Friday.

OSU Board of Trustees and Committees to meet May 30 - 31

The Oregon State University Board of Trustees will meet Friday, May 31, to consider the university’s operating budget for the coming fiscal year and work to reclaim a previous pumice mine and a landfill that adjoin the OSU-Cascades campus in Bend.
