Oregon State University employees, students, fans and the public should plan ahead when visiting the Corvallis campus on Friday, Nov. 8, as a weekday home football game could make parking a challenge.

Retired Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Vincent Stewart, former deputy commander of U.S. Cyber Command, will deliver a presentation on cybersecurity Tuesday, Oct. 29, at the LaSells Stewart Center, 875 SW 26^th St. on the Corvallis campus of Oregon State University.

The Oregon State University Board of Trustees on Friday approved spending nearly $277 million on seven remodeling, renovation and new construction projects on  the university’s Corvallis and Bend campuses.

Oregon State University Foundation President and CEO Mike Goodwin will retire Jan. 3, 2020. Shawn Scoville, executive vice president of the OSU Foundation, will succeed him. Over the last decade and a half at Oregon State, the two have developed one of the premier public university foundations in the country.
