The PCSBFSA will host its fourth annual State of Black Affairs Summit in Portland on May 21, with registration open until May 4. Summit organizers Shalece Rains, executive assistant in the Division of Academic Affairs, and Tenisha Tevis, associate professor in the College of Education, share some of the goals and history of the commission and summit.
For the first time, three Oregon State University students have received Oregon Consular Corps scholarships in the same year, a recognition of their achievements and goals in international policy and foreign relations.
The College of Pharmacy is one of two colleges at Oregon State University that only offers graduate and professional degrees, so undergraduates curious about pharmaceutical science can’t try out a course to determine whether they’re interested in pursuing further study.

For the first time ever, NASCAR will feature an OSU-branded car during the Pacific Office Automation 147 race at Portland International Raceway on Aug. 30. The themed car will feature a black-and-orange color scheme with the Beaver logo prominently displayed on the hood and doors.
